Leading in the Gas Industry

Gas Projects Limited is a vertically integrated, multi-disciplinary, indigenous petroleum products company operating in the downstream sector of the petroleum industry. It is engaged in a broad range of oil and gas activities with core competence in LPG trading, marketing, development and distribution.

Our History

Gas Projects Limited was incorporated in 2007 as a limited liability company with registration number RC 681303 under the Companies and Allied Matters Acts of 1990.

The company was promoted by the visionary chief executives of two prominent Nigerian companies with a pedigree of excellence in the energy and telecommunication industries. It is one of the fastest-growing companies in Nigeria and has done so as a result of the seamless and unsurpassed service it provides and the manner in which it provides them.

Under their leadership, the company has thrived and gained a strong reputation, and made significant progress since its entry into the industry, elevating it into one of the fastest-growing LPG marketing companies in Nigeria. It has also capitalized on the opportunities created by the deregulation of the LPG industry and other growth-stimulated policies of the Federal Government to enhance shareholder value and its stake in the industry.

Gas Projects Limited has increasingly focused on the needs of the LPG supply and distribution sector and pursued opportunities for new lines of business or innovative ways to expand its scope in terms of scale of operation and related activities of strategic importance.

Security of supply, the reliable distribution system, and active support of sustainable Federal Government policies on LPG development programs govern our interest and form part of our reason to invest in that industry.

Our principal goal is to lead our industry by growing profitably through penetration of new markets and achieve top line growth in revenue generation with a higher level of excellence in distribution, trading and safety.

Our mission is to directly and actively support the development of sustainable investment in the petroleum industry and promote the use of LPG with excellent and reliable solutions to our customers’ challenges.

To expand our operations to other parts of the world while preserving our position as a recognized leader in the bulk and cylinder markets. To be the most efficient, powerful, and dominant operator in the LPG sector.
